Using Social Media content to generate traffic and conversions
Hunters Estate Agents are a well-established chain of estate agents who have over 200 branches and franchises across the UK. The property sector is one of the most competitive on the web, and so the challenge to Hunters is to attract valuable traffic which converts into solid leads.
In order to help them achieve this, Hunters needed an agency who could improve conversions rates while retaining a high amount of impressions and traffic. As we had previously run successful campaigns for them, we were Hunters' first thought to approach with a challenge such as this.
In order to combat the low level of engagement Hunters was receiving, we devised a content marketing strategy, which would then be amplified by Facebook advertising. A content calendar formed the main pillar of this strategy, and was based on the trends and troughs occurring in the estate agency industry throughout the year, whilst also continuously utilising a bank of frequently searched terms.
Over the course of the campaign, we developed a number of assets based on the content calendar. These included bespoke animated short videos and still images, with each one tailored to influence Hunters' specific onsite conversion goals. These assets drew a considerable audience, having reached over 3 million people and generating more than 600 conversions on the Hunters website.
