My Social Agency was the brain child of its owner and founder, Mark Mitchell. While working within a newspaper group, Mark spotted the shift from traditional to digital marketing methods.
This led to a career change and Mark worked in multiple local marketing agencies refining his skills in digital marketing and working his way up to Digital Marketing Director level.
A self-confessed techno geek, Mark originally started working with clients as a freelance to support his love of travel and backpacking. It was only a matter of time before his hard work and passion for getting things right would lead to more clients, bigger projects, additional staff and the foundation of My Social Agency Ltd. Mark has an obsessive drive for staying on the cutting edge of change and when he is not busy with the company or his family, you can be certain he is learning something new!
With a superb eye for detail and in-built organisation skills, Julia is the natural choice for running the financial and other administrative processes of the company. She has a talent for getting things right and her works forms part of the backbone of the company.
Mark originally set up My Social Agency as a way of supporting his love of travel. He had the knowledge and talent to offer digital marketing services from anywhere in the world.

A passion for high quality service and measurable results quickly led to new clients, a broader service and additional staff. Within a couple of years, the company picked up multiple major brands and achieved rapid growth, leading to offices in Leeds and London, and is now a full service digital marketing agency.
