The Brief

iCandy is a British manufacturer and designer of high quality, precision engineered, luxury pushchairs. Established in 1933, iCandy prides itself on producing high performing pushchairs that offer the most comfortable ride for babies while being effortless for parents to use.

As an existing client of ours , MSA had already built and optimised iCandy's fully responsive eCommerce website.

The Strategy

Our mission was to create a content hub for iCandy - one that could render the brand as the ultimate voice for all things parent with its balance of stimulating written and visual content. Essentially, we needed to grow a sizeable appetite among this community to purchase iCandy products and keep them coming back for more. This is where content hub “iC Life” was born.  

In order to align the brand with iCandy's target demographic, iC Life had to become the ultimate parenting companion – just like the pages of an industry authoritative, premium magazine. Our approach was strategically informed by a balance of keyword analysis, product sales performance, trending topics and bespoke material, and included an influencer outreach and social media promotions strategy to leverage engagement and site traffic.
